This page is to give a special thanks to those who have recently gone beyond the call of duty in helping the CBBF.
University of Michigan Fraternity raises money for CBBF!The Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity of the University of Michigan has chosen the CBBF as their favorite cause. In the last two years they have donated over $2,000 to the CBBF. We are endlessly appreciative of their efforts, and would like everyone to know what fine gentlemen are the men of Pi Kappa Alpha.
The Cubby Bear raises $3,000 for the CBBF!In a golf outing held at the Deerfield Public Golf Course, George Loukas of the Cubby Bear Lounge raised $3,000 for the Children's Brittle Bone Foundation. We are very lucky to have a friend like George Loukas. In his efforts, and donations he has made a big difference.
Deerpath Junior High School raises money for CBBF!Collecting nickels, Deerpath Junior High raised hundreds of dollars for the CBBF. For many it was their first time fundraising. We're so happy to see kids working hard to help other kids.
Cyberlynk helps CBBF with website!Having a website on the internet can be a costly and difficult project. But thanks to the wonderful people at Cyberlynk the CBBF hasn't had to deal with either problem. Cyberlynk has donated host space on their server for regular and now secure transactions for your credit cards! We couldn't have had the success we've had with this website without them, and so we say thank you! Lake Forest Elementary School donates 2,000 Nickels!Tripp Kilburg, son of Board of Directors member, Bob Kilburg organized a
fundraiser wherein he and his classmates raised 2,000 nickels, or $100.
It's great to see fundraising efforts for the CBBF started outside of the
organization. Thanks kids, and keep up the good work!
